Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been fulfilled. The procedures and methods are as follows.

Destruction Procedure	After the purpose has been fulfilled, the information provided by the user is transferred to a separate database (or stored in a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper documents), retained for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations for information protection purposes (see Retention and Use Period), and then destroyed. Such personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose for which it is retained, unless otherwise required by law.
