PCB A’ssy
COBON TECH’s PCB Ass’y is an assembled product that integrates the key circuits and components required for leakage current detection and tripping operation of earth leakage circuit breakers onto a single PCB. Based on COBON TECH’s proprietary leakage current detection semiconductor (COB), the ZCT and circuit components are integrated onto the PCB.

Leakage current is detected through the ZCT, and the detected signal is processed by the COB to support the tripping operation of the circuit breaker. Earth leakage circuit breakers vary in rated current, rated residual operating current, operating characteristics, and internal structure depending on the electrical installation and operating environment in which they are used.

COBON TECH’s PCB Ass’y can be designed for use in earth leakage circuit breakers with various rated currents, including industrial and residential applications, taking these circuit breaker specifications into consideration. In addition, the circuit configuration, COB, ZCT, and PCB layout can be customized according to customer requirements, including rated residual operating current, operating characteristics, internal circuit breaker structure, and available PCB mounting space. This enables COBON TECH to provide leakage current detection solutions optimized for each customer’s circuit breaker design and performance requirements.

  • Such personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose for which it is retained, unless otherwise required by law.
